Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a seamless shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures with attention to security and confidentiality
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Capable of delivering prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in using a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience a plus
