Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with your team, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on inventory, products, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to apply.
• Customer service and cash register experience.
• Ability to operate equipment and adhere to company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred, work experience in retail a plus.
