Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional service levels are delivered. In this position, you will be responsible for stocking merchandise, operating the cash register, and collaborating with team members to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy in monitoring inventory levels.
• Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and maintain store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
