Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Execution of all tasks and responsibilities in alignment with ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure neatly organized merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve store performance.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies to support store efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Capable of meeting physical demands, such as lifting up to 45 pounds and stocking shelves.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
