Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, serving customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies while safeguarding confidential information
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Able to operate equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively
• High School Diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
