Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your focus on exceptional customer service and teamwork will contribute to an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies for loss prevention
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of meeting physical demands and company standards for cleanliness
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
