Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a range of duties including merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers during their shopping experience and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to management on product quality, inventory tracking, and overall store performance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
