Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
