Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and that customers receive exceptional service. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness of the store, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide top-notch customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
