Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. By working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy and organized store environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing their needs.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to support store improvement.
• Support inventory management and uphold cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older to work at Aldi.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Capable of safely operating equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
