Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. By collaborating with our ALDI team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and upholding our company standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with the team.
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and any issues that arise.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash procedures, and follow company policies for security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties to keep the store organized and presentable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
