Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and delivers exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, follow company policies, and maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves and maintain product displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures for handling merchandise and cash.
• Contribute to store inventory management and accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
