Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your attention to detail and exceptional customer service will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. Mindsets and competencies
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and report feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow company policies, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
