Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain neatly organized displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Capability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
