Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and stocked with quality products. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandise stocking, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team, you will contribute to an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operating cash registers accurately and efficiently
• Experience in a retail environment preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
