Job Description

Position: Full-Time Store Associate
Salary: $16.00 per hour

As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, fully stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate company values and competencies in day-to-day activities.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service, guiding shoppers and aiding with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in inventory counts as needed.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize errors and losses.
• Follow company procedures while upholding confidentiality and security standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to maintain store cleanliness to required standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is beneficial.
