Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. You will collaborate with team members, maintain cleanliness, and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations to improve the customer experience.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security measures to uphold a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail operations and familiarity with cash register operations.
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
