Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management
• Contribute to inventory management and monitor accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
