Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and become an essential part of our team. In this role, you will merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain a clean and organized store environment to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with the ALDI team and deliver top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers and provide exceptional service
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• General cleaning duties to company standards
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
