Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. Join us in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute feedback to enhance operations
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate store equipment efficiently

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of physical tasks including lifting and stocking merchandise
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred
