Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Work with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory, report product issues, and ensure accuracy.
- Follow cash-handling policies and uphold company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience in retail and operating a cash register preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Follow company policies, stay attentive to detail, and work efficiently.
