Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and ensure confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• General cleaning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
