Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized and providing exceptional customer service. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and maintaining cleanliness, you will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and issues to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and necessary equipment.
• Follow company policies and procedures and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
