Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-organized, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service while assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in monitoring inventory.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubbers, and more effectively and safely.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task efficiently, and follow instructions.
