Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
