Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, cleaning, and collaborating with team members to create a great shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
