Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team and demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
