Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for tasks such as product stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain merchandise displays
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and security measures
- Engage in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Perform physical tasks including stocking, lifting, and cleaning
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
- Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
