Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves, merchandising products, and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to uphold the security and confidentiality of store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and assist in monitoring inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in retail environments is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
