Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on product quality, inventory issues, and customer concerns.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to store policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate customer service skills and operate a cash register accurately.
• Ability to follow company policies, operate equipment, and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
