Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service to shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues encountered.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy of stock.
- Follow cash handling procedures and company policies diligently.
- Adhere to security and confidentiality protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register.
- Safe operation of equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
- Capability to maintain cleanliness to company standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- A blend of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
