Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any issues.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of retail operations.
• Combination of education and experience is a plus.
