Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the store's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with the management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and other store operations
• Support in-store inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently
• Skills to safely operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus
