Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains high standards of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service that enhances the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks including stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
