Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and working collaboratively with the team to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
