Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, tidy shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
