Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, handle general cleaning duties, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory checks, adhere to cash handling procedures, and follow company policies
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking and lifting items up to 45 pounds

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of maintaining cleanliness and following company guidelines
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
