Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves to maintain a well-organized store layout.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately to process customer purchases.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by participating in inventory counts and monitoring stock levels.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Meet all state and local requirements for handling and selling alcohol.
