Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking shelves, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks in line with ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain organized displays.
• Deliver top-notch customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to management regarding products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies with attention to detail.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment safely.
• Ability to interpret and follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience desirable.
