Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by engaging with customers, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly organize shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures for loss prevention.
• Follow company policies and uphold the security and confidentiality of data.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
