Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to inventory management and store policy adherence
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Ability to deliver friendly and prompt customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Work experience in retail and high school diploma preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales
