Job Description: Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow company cash policies.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Follow company standards for cleaning and safety.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
