Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a welcoming shopping environment for our customers. By collaborating with our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store
• Assist customers with their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and ensure data security
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Customer service skills and cash register proficiency
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
