Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and neatly display merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct store inventory counts, and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and work well within a team.
• Operate equipment like a hand jack and floor scrubber safely and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow company policies.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
