Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
- Operate cash register and provide efficient service to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with inventory management and monitoring.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Proficient in operating cash registers.
- Capable of performing physical tasks like stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
