Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized and customers receive excellent service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to create a pleasant shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store premises.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Contribute to inventory management procedures and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
