Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold security measures

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service
• Proficiency in using a cash register and operational equipment
• Capability to perform cleaning tasks and follow procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience beneficial
