Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
• Comply with company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
