Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any store issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus.
