Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, customers are served efficiently, and the overall shopping experience is exceptional.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Contribute to inventory control by participating in stock counts and monitoring accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years to work at Aldi.
• Proficiency in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Ability to perform general cleaning duties and follow company standards.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
